New products for sewer cleaning

Bulldog 30
Our Bulldog family (US) has just welcomed its newest member. The Bulldog 30 (US) is the smallest Bulldog, with a diameter of 30 mm and a length of 77 mm. Its compact structure navigates pipe bends with ease (90° in 75 mm | 3” pipe), making it a great companion for cleaning operations in small pipe.

Plus, it boasts a water consumption of just 25 L/min at 100 bar (6.6 gpm at 1450 psi) and an excellent price/performance ratio. Removing grease, roots, and hard incrustations is a breeze with its high water jetting density.
Connection sizes for the Bulldog 30 are 1/4” BSPP (NPT) and 3/8” BSPP (NPT).

Grenade-bomb with plastic cage (for inliners)
Pipe refurbishment with an inliner is an economical, tried-and-true option for damaged, leaky pipes. It’s critical to use appropriate tools to remove rocks, gravel, and soft deposits to protect inliners.

We recommend our Grenade-bomb with cage (US), specially designed for inliners, for this application. This nozzle is offered in a 1” version at 6 kg and just shy of 10 kg and in a 1 1/4” version at just over 10 kg. The cage has plastic skids to protect inliners and prevent sparks.

The Grenade-bomb is a great nozzle for jetting thanks to its weight and high rinsing jet density. It’s perfect for a wide range of functions and applications – as a drainage channel nozzle at 0⁰, for all-around cleaning at 360, and as a standard Bomb at 10⁰, 20⁰, 25⁰, or 10⁰+30⁰. See the Grenade-bomb work its magic right here.

Rotopuls 16
Need to remove semi-hard to hard deposits in plastic, steel, or concrete pipes? Limited by low flow? Our Rotopuls 04.016AE06 (1/8” BSPP and NPT) is just the solution.

The small rotating jets of the Rotopuls 16 ensure optimal cleaning performance in pipes with bends of 25 mm and up, at just 9 L/min and 100 bar (2.4 gpm, 1450 psi). You’ll find our whole selection of Rotopuls nozzles here (US). Check out our YouTube channel to see the Rotopuls 16 in action.

Working with the Turbopuls
Looking to keep the entire value chain in house by rinsing and removing hard deposits in one operation?

If so, the Turbopuls (US) is exactly what you need. Its strong vibrations and water jets break up deposits as thick as 10 cm. Using the Turbopuls often eliminates the need for complex processes involving milling cutters, chain scrapers, or extremely high water pressure. Watch it do its thing here.

Best practice for the Turbopuls 60 and 80: Reduction hose
Our ultra-light 5/8” plastic reduction hose (US) ensures that vibrations remain strong enough even when the two “lighter” Turbopuls nozzles (US) are paired with a heavy 3/4”, 1”, or 1 1/4” hose.

Reduction hose 95.F100M075150 (US) is installed between the vibration nozzle and the rinsing hose on the truck. The rinsing-hose side has 1” female thread, and the nozzle side has 3/4” male thread.

Best practice for the Turbopuls 60 and 80: Pull part
Rinsing hoses with a diameter greater than 3/4” tend to send too much water to Turbopuls 60/80 nozzles (US).

The intense thrust causes the vibration nozzles to float, resulting in a marked decrease in the removal rate. The Turbopuls 60 and Turbopuls 80 can operate at a maximum of 150 L/min. For higher flow rates (anything over 150 L/min), excess water needs to be diverted via the 30.100Z pull part (US). This keeps the nozzle on the floor and maintains its strong pulling force. The pull part and reduction hose (Art. No. 95.F100M075150) (US) work together, with the pull part being installed between the rinsing hose on the truck and the reduction hose. The pull part serves as an effective connection between long hose lengths. The additional water guided through it also facilitates pull with long hoses.

All-in-one UC nozzle for manual and automatic cleaning of heat exchangers
Do you clean heat exchangers or heavily clogged pipes? Whether your process is manual or automatic, our UC nozzles (US) are the perfect all-in-one solution.

Thanks to their innovative cross-jet technology, material is cut out with precision (unplugging), as if by a cutter. In the same operation, two 90° radial jets clean the pipe thoroughly (polishing). This feature combines nicely with the thrust jets for all-around cleaning (universal cleaning). These nozzles have a variety connections (US) and are rated for up to 3000 bar (US).
Note: Our UC nozzles with thrust jets are outstanding for manual and automatic cleaning. We recommend a robot-assisted cleaning process if operating without thrust jets.
