Rotodrill 2.0 More Power. Greater Precision. Maximum Performance.
The next-generation enz® Rotodrill® 2.0 raises the bar for professional sewer and drain cleaning. Engineered for contractors and municipalities facing the toughest pipe cleaning challenges, the redesigned nozzle delivers significantly more cleaning energy exactly where it's needed.
With a 40% increase in jet power density, Rotodrill® 2.0 breaks through heavy blockages, mineral scale, grease buildup, root intrusion, flushable wipes, and compacted debris faster and more efficiently than ever before. The concentrated jet pattern maximizes cutting performance while reducing cleaning time, helping operators complete demanding jobs with greater productivity.
At the heart of the Rotodrill® 2.0 is its rotating orbital front jet, which continuously concentrates high-pressure water on the obstruction. This highly efficient energy transfer enables aggressive cutting action while maintaining excellent control inside the pipeline. Whether opening blocked lines, penetrating dense root masses, or pushing accumulated debris downstream, the Rotodrill® 2.0 delivers outstanding performance under demanding field conditions.
Designed for real-world sewer maintenance, the nozzle's bend-friendly profile provides exceptional maneuverability through bends, offsets, and complex pipeline configurations. Its service-friendly design also allows fast maintenance, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment availability.
The Rotodrill® 2.0 is available for pipe diameters from 1.6 to 8 in. (40–200 mm) and in multiple configurations to match a wide range of jetting applications.
Whether you're performing routine sewer maintenance or tackling severe blockages, the Rotodrill® 2.0 delivers the power, reliability, and efficiency today's jetting professionals demand.

Large-Head Steering Nozzle Precision Navigation. Maximum Cleaning Performance.
The redesigned enz® Large-Head Steering Nozzle (17.0xxx-201) has been engineered for demanding cleaning applications where precise navigation and aggressive cleaning performance are equally critical. Specifically developed for lateral connections, branch lines, and stormwater drainage systems, it gives operators greater control in complex pipe networks while delivering exceptional cleaning results.
The newly designed large nozzle head, equipped with HRH and Rotopuls® jet technology, concentrates more hydraulic energy at the point of impact. This optimized jet configuration significantly improves the removal of stubborn deposits, grease buildup, mineral scale, and root intrusion while maintaining excellent directional control.
One of the nozzle's greatest strengths is its ability to navigate difficult pipe geometries. The optimized steering characteristics allow the nozzle to enter lateral connections and traverse multiple bends with remarkable precision, making it the ideal choice for cleaning complex drainage systems where conventional jetting nozzles often struggle.
The Large-Head Steering Nozzle is particularly effective in stormwater drains, perforated drainage pipes, lateral lines, and other difficult-to-access sections of the sewer network, where accurate nozzle positioning directly impacts cleaning efficiency.
Designed for pipe diameters from 1.2 to 6 in. (30–150 mm), the nozzle is suitable for use in PVC, HDPE, clay, concrete, ductile iron, and steel pipelines. Its versatility makes it an excellent solution for municipalities, utility contractors, and professional sewer maintenance companies working across a wide variety of pipe materials.
Depending on the configuration, the nozzle operates with flow rates from 11 to 13 gpm (40–50 l/min) at operating pressures of 1,450 psi (100 bar), providing an outstanding balance of cleaning power, control, and reliability.
To meet different application requirements, the Steering Nozzle is available in several configurations:
- Standard version with a ½-inch connection
- Rotating version with a ½-inch connection
- Vibrating version with a ½-inch connection
An additional advantage is the modular upgrade concept. The new large-head assembly can be purchased separately and easily retrofitted to existing enz® Steering Nozzles. This allows customers to benefit from the latest cleaning technology without replacing the complete nozzle, reducing equipment costs while extending the service life of their existing investment.

Proven Performance in the Field
Nothing validates a product better than real-world performance. During a side-by-side field test, the new Rotodrill® 2.0 (36.045) demonstrated a clear improvement in cleaning efficiency over the previous-generation Rotodrill® (36.075).
Operating under identical conditions at 1,450 psi (100 bar) for 10 seconds, the Rotodrill® 2.0 consistently removed more material thanks to its 40% higher jet power density. By concentrating more hydraulic energy at the point of impact, the redesigned nozzle delivers faster material removal and significantly stronger cutting performance.
The comparison clearly illustrates the benefits of the new design. While the previous Rotodrill® has earned an outstanding reputation for reliability and cleaning performance in the field, the Rotodrill® 2.0 pushes performance even further—allowing operators to complete demanding cleaning jobs more quickly and efficiently.
Whether removing root intrusion, mineral scale, grease buildup, or compacted debris, the increased jet power density translates into shorter cleaning times, improved productivity, and greater overall efficiency.
For contractors and municipalities alike, that means higher performance without increasing operating pressure or water consumption.
